All decisive steps of manufacturing we do ourselves. Modern technologies are keeping us on top and secure competitiveness and the necessary lead making projects into products. CAD and tool making is made in house as well as electro-plating.<\/p>\n
When carefully selected subcontractors are being used for special coatings we apply our standards and direct to always meet the criteria of a premium product.<\/p>\n
Attaching our parts in practical ways is a special concern of our application engineers.<\/p>\n

Electroplating<\/h2>\n
2018 was a milestone at Berning. We have built the probably most modern electroplating facility in Europe, combining so many active electroplating baths in one fully automatic system. With this, we can achieve a much better quality and control during the production process, as well as a reduction of our ecological footprint.<\/p>\n
With these technologies we have reduced substantially our use of energy and raw materials. With a state-of-art filtration, we have even further increased the quality of exhaust air, combined with a heat recovery system, reducing energy even more. With selected partners, we recycle even the last remnants of resources from remaining leftovers.<\/p>\n
We work every day to improve and invent new, even more sustainable, processes to reduce our ecological footprint.<\/p>\n
